The Friends of Vail Public Library works to assist the library director in promoting and improving library services, materials, and facilities and in seeking donations, gifts, and bequests.
Who We Are and What We Do
The Friends of Vail Public Library helps host cultural speakers and programs at the library, works to enrich and enhance existing library services, assists with the Book Nook and Annual Book Sale, advocates for the library through public awareness, and supports many digital initiatives.

Vail, CO 81657 - If you wish to donate to the Friends by submitting an online payment, use the “donate” button above. We accept Visa and MasterCard donations with a suggested payment of $20 for an individual, $40 for a family, $50 for a business and $100 for a patron.
- You can also donate your time to the library. If you are interested in giving of yourself, fill out our brief volunteer interest form. A staff member will get in touch with you to discuss volunteer options.
Book Donations
Donations are limited to no more than 3 boxes, except by prior arrangement.
