In response to the COVID-19 virus and public health concerns,

Vail Public Library is suspending all gatherings
(meetings, classes, programs, story hours)

Join us for Virtual Story time on Facebook live at 10 am Monday – Saturday this  March & April! Saturday is Bilingual!!

Due to the library’s closure in response to COVID-19 and public health concerns, we will be hosting daily virtual Story Time sessions through Facebook Live. Join Miss Cricket and Miss Sandy for songs, stories and movement. All you have to do is login to Facebook and join the fun!

One Book Colorado

One Book Colorado is back but we are not sure of the dates. These will be announced when things settle down!

A free book is given to every 4 year old!

Colorado Libraries for Early Literacy is a wonderful resource for parents and teachers of young children.  Please explore their website and learn about the five early literacy practices.  Vail Public Library encourages and promotes these practices in our weekly story times and programs.  The Story Blocks site is a great place to watch videos of age appropriate rhymes and songs in a variety of languages.
