This “Paper Lantern Workshop” with Helen Hiebert is part of Art in Public Place's 3rd annual Paper Lantern Project. Join us for a free Paper Lantern Workshop in the Community Room at the Vail Public Library with local paper artist, Helen Hiebert. The workshop is free and family friendly.
