High Five Access Media is holding free basic media workshops at Vail Public Library.
Improve your media-making skills. These workshops teach you the fundamentals of video cameras and computer editing. Lay the foundation for a career in a related field, or get free access to professional video equipment to start making television to share with your friends, family and neighbors on High Five Access Media and social media.
CAMERA BASICS
Learn to compose and expose stable images, get familiar with our Canon cameras and select the right microphone to capture clear audio. Get hands-on experience shooting footage you'll edit in the next workshop.
A short, virtual orientation is required before attending the camera and editing workshops.
Orientation will be offered virtually on Tuesday, March 1 at 2 p.m. and again at 5:30 p.m.
