This year’s Summer Reading theme is “A Universe of Stories”. It celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Moon landing. Using the anniversary as a jumping off point, we invite families and patrons of all ages to explore how far humankind has come since the first Moon landing. Bettman & Halpin play original Folk/Americana. Their concerts combine high-energy upbeat bluegrass/roots inspired compositions, beautiful ballads with soaring vocals and heartfelt lyrics, and groovy feel-good songs that audiences will be singing in their heads for weeks thereafter. Interspersed between these songs and instrumentals, they tell stories.
