Bring a project or start one here, all abilities and skill levels are welcome at Knit Night! Grab one of the library’s many knitting or crochet books for inspiration, and enjoy an evening with fellow crafters. If you need extra help our teacher, Amy Cohen, is at Alpaca in Eagle where Knit Night is offered every Tuesday.

Zumba is a high-energy group fitness class that, ware you can burn upwards of 500 calories in a one-hour session! Zumba was born out of a love of Latin music and dancing, intended to make fitness more fun and enjoyable.
From their unique perspective, perched on the lap of a beloved adult, these very young minds absorb what is going on around them and may already be learning an appreciation for books and reading. Baby story time is filled with songs, movement exercises, rhythm and rhyme. This is very interactive and age appropriate for the 0—18 month old patrons.

Active participation is encouraged from everybody as children enjoy these pre-reading activities designed to be the building blocks for strong readers and students. Recently termed, ‘a prominent guitarist,’ by the New York Times, David Rogers Fuses classical, jazz, early, and world music elements into powerful, moving and virtuosic performances based on both original and traditional repertoire.
David has studied historical plucked strings with Hopkinson Smith and Eugen Dombois at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basel, Switzerland; with Thomas Binkley at Indiana University; and with Lyle Nordstrom at Oakland University. He has studied guitar with Joseph Fava at Wayne State University. David was a musician with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for 18 years and taught at Southern Oregon University for 13 years.
