August 2, 2021(1 event) Knit Night – We're back and knitting on the back patio of the library.
Bring a project or start one here, all abilities and skill levels are welcome at Knit Night! Grab one of the library’s many knitting or crochet books for inspiration, and enjoy an evening with fellow crafters. RSVP to Cricket at CPylman@vailgov.com by 3 p.m. is required. Our teacher, Amy Cohen, is a volunteer and we want to respect her time and schedule. |
August 3, 2021(1 event) SRP FINALE EVENT - KIDS HOUSE OF JOY –
Exciting, entertaining & educational for the whole family. Songs, dances, flags, instruments, and hand-clapping/foot-stomping fun. You won’t want to miss this highly interactive program with 3 generations on stage: Joy, Beth, Tristan & Reed! Joy sings and plays piano, accordion, pennywhistle, percussion and native flute. Beth plays violin, viola, mandolin, guitar, ukulele and sings lead vocals. Families & Kids of All Ages will enjoy this show! All programs will be held in our backyard or patio. RSVP is required for all events. |

August 7, 2021(1 event) Balloon Sculptors with Ming –
Balloon twisting is super fun. It is easy, portable, inexpensive and almost universally enjoyed. In this 2.5 hour session, Ming will teach you all the basics of creating balloon sculpture and a lot of tips and tricks to become a balloon artist.
