Knit Night

We're back and knitting on the back patio of the library.

Join this group of fiber artists who love to knit, learn from each other and socialize.

Bring a project or start one here, all abilities and skill levels are welcome at Knit Night!  Grab one of the library’s many knitting or crochet books for inspiration, and enjoy an evening with fellow crafters.

RSVP to Cricket at CPylman@vailgov.com by 3 p.m. is required.

Our teacher, Amy Cohen, is a volunteer and we want to respect her time and schedule.

Sing, Shake & Shimmy All Around the Earth!
We take the audience on a journey to discover the diversity of music from around the world through European Classical, Broadway, Folk and Bluegrass, Standards, and Childrens’ Music.

Exciting, entertaining & educational for the whole family.  Songs, dances, flags, instruments, and hand-clapping/foot-stomping fun.  You won’t want to miss this highly interactive program with 3 generations on stage: Joy, Beth, Tristan & Reed!  Joy sings and plays piano, accordion, pennywhistle, percussion and native flute.  Beth plays violin, viola, mandolin, guitar, ukulele and sings lead vocals.  Families & Kids of All Ages will enjoy this show!

All programs will be held in our backyard or patio.

Balloon Sculptors with Ming

Learn to make balloon animals in a fun and interactive class!

Balloon twisting is super fun. It is easy, portable, inexpensive and almost universally enjoyed.

In this 2.5 hour session, Ming will teach you all the basics of creating balloon sculpture and a lot of tips and tricks to become a balloon artist.

  • Participants must be 4th grade and up. ADULTS AND TEENS ARE WELCOME!
  • We will provide the materials
