Revely Vail's Gingerbread Contest - The Gingerbread Competition will take place on November 26, 2019 at Vail Public Library at 4 p.m. There are 3 categories: chefs, adult (non-chefs) and children. There will be 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners in all 3 categories. Plus, the winners will take home money! Chefs will receive a $500 Prize for first, $200 prize for second and $100 prize for third. Adult (non chefs) will receive $200 prize for first, $100 prize for second and $75 for third. Children will receive $100 for first, $75 for second and $50 for third. Each story time also features an age appropriate art activity. Active participation is encouraged from everybody as children enjoy these pre-reading activities designed to be the building blocks for strong readers and students.
