Join us for yoga from the comfort of your own home! Email: lbarnes@vailgov.com for an invitation to the Zoom meeting.
Vail Public Library's Gentle Yoga Class, taught by Anne Anderson, Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Registered with Yoga Alliance, Professional Ski Instructor of America at Vail, is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember.
Gentle yoga style encourages a highly individualized approach to practice with on-going encouragement to make moment-to-moment adjustments.

Thanks to technology: We are able to offer Zumba virtually during our Stay At Home! Email: Sandy at SRivera@vailgov.com for an invitation to the Zoom meeting.
Zumba is perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba®class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We'll be together in spirit but safe at home!
Maria-Sugeidy Rivera will be your guide to this very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more.
Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience!

NO GRASS GROWS under this group's feet. They're a walking-talking book club. Our Walking Book Club is a fun, social outing with social distancing. It's a healthy workout for brains and gams.
We meet in the library's Galleria at 11:30am and head out for a discussion of July's Books 'n' Bites title, "House at the Edge of Night" by Catherine Banner. Come even if you have not read this month's title. Share what you are reading with the group.
