Santa Claus has made the difficult decision to stay home this December and prepare for Christmas in the safety of the North Pole.
He asked that instead of coming to visit him here at Vail Public Library, you write and or draw a letter to him.
Santa's message in a recent phone interview:
“Vail Public Library has offered to collect the letters and forward them to me. I am leaving a gift for every child who brings in their letter from Dec. 1 to Dec. 22, and places it in the magic North Pole mailbox. Please bring a photo of us together from previous years for the nice librarians to hang in the galleria! I will miss my visit to Vail Public Library but I’ll be visiting your homes soon enough!
