Judy has a rich and varied background in health care and the medical industry, working with a diversity of companies in sales, marketing and training. A registered dietitian/nutritionist, Judy is also a licensed HeartMath coach (stress management) and yoga teacher. She practices and teaches in the Iyengar style of yoga.
