Come move, breathe, and sing from feet to crown in this joyful, interactive family class inspired by the children’s musical storybook All Through the CROWN, created by author and mindful movement educator Rachel Glowacki. We’ll sing, move, breathe, read, and reflect—playing with energy from sole to crown through simple yoga and story. Then we’ll settle into a gentle sound bath and end with a book signing. No yoga experience needed—just wear comfy clothes and bring your open, child-like hearts. |
