Healthy Lifestyle Series: Create freedom and Vibrancy in your Body

In order to experience vitality, there are three key elements that form the foundation for a healthy, strong, vibrant body. Join Vail Public Library and Laina Eskin, owner of Align Vail, for this dynamic workshop where you will learn the keys to creating optimal health and well being in your body, beyond what you have known before. We will learn about the difference between movement and exercise and why movement is mandatory and exercise may be optional. We will explore fundamental movements that our bodies were designed to do and learn how to set up the body for performing these movements with great success.
Laina Eskin, Physical Therapist, is the owner of Align Vail Movement Therapy Studio in Edwards, Colorado. Laina specializes in Corrective Movement Therapy, a method that evaluates the whole body in order to restore optimal and efficient movement.
