Vail Public Library is pleased to host this engaging, interactive discussion and presentation about how we want to live until we die. The discussion will be led by Andrea Grohmann, Medical Social Worker. Advance care planning (ACP) is making decisions about the care you would want to receive if you become unable to speak for yourself. Light refreshments will be served.
