A woman has been elected Speaker of the House, there are a rising number of female CEOs at Fortune 500 companies, and Hillary Clinton is the latest—but not the first—woman to run for President. Author Jill S. Tietjen, P.E. will talk about Women Write Her Story. She will also share stories about famous, not-so-famous and infamous women and sign copies of her book that she co-authored with Charlotte S. Waisman Ph.D., “HER STORY: A Timeline of the Women Who Changed America” (HarperCollins 2008) , at Vail Public Library.
