Harp Concert – Wednesday, September 16, 5:30 pm
Harpist Margot Krimmel is known for her innovative style. She loves collaborating with artists, choirs and dancers. This concert will include different types of harps, styles and will welcome guest musician Ken Carpenter on cello and percussionand quite possibly a guest musician or two.
The Vast Unknown – Wednesday, September 23, 5:30 pm
Join Vail Public Library for an evening of mountaineering with special guest Broughton Coburn, best selling author, and Vail local Dick Pownall, one of the original 1963 team of “Americans on Everest.” With an introduction and facilitation by Dr. Jon Kedrowski, Vail native and Ski Mountaineer who summited Everest in 2012.
