Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and Vail Valley local, Christine Pierangeli will focus on nutrition as it relates to health.  Topics  include why nutrition is important to our health, health conditions that can be helped with proper nutrition, lifestyle habits that can help optimize our health, and what the nutritional foundations are to support good health.
