Community Room

The Vail Library’s Community Room space can be reserved for your not-for-profit meeting or event. The room is available to nonprofit groups for philanthropic, educational, cultural, or civic purposes.

The room is equipped with electronics, a projection screen, and dry erase board easel for your convenience and use. There are tables and chairs for 97 persons, while the room occupancy is 76.

The room is available during our regular business hours, and a listing of currently scheduled meetings and events can be found on-line on our Events Calendar.
