Here is an opportunity to put together a team and build a scarecrow to decorate the Vail Public Library.  Vail Public Library will provide frames, clothes and art supplies.  Bring accessories to personalize your scarecrow.  Small parts, glue guns and staple guns will be used.  This creative day is not appropriate for children under four;  all children must be accompanied by an adult.
